What we keep
Your name and mobile number, your addresses, your measurements, and your orders. We never hold your card details.
Who sees what
The tailor sees the order, its measurements and the work ticket — not your phone number and not your address. The Fassel team sees what the visit and the delivery need.
Measurements
Stored under each person's name, and deletable any time from My measurements. Previous versions are kept as history until you delete the person.
Messages
We text you a code when you sign in, and notify you at every change to your order's status.
Deletion
Message us and we'll delete your account and everything attached to it.
